To simplify returns, if you are in any way dissatisfied or simply changed your mind, items are shipped with a return label. Return your your item within 3 business days for a full refund. The refund to your credit card will be issued within 24 hours of us getting the item back.
Items returned after 3 business days but before 2 weeks from the day you receive them, will incur a $50 restocking fee. All sales become final 2 weeks after you receive your jewelry piece.
Any item can be exchanged for different sizes and different metals for free. All jewelry ships in gift bags and with care instructions. So, make your selection with confidence!
